Jann Borgers, P.T. and her husband Mark Borgers, an accountant, founded Therapeutic Resources in 2000. Both are over 15 year residents of Ventura County and currently reside in Ventura with their son Lance.
In 1999, after working temporary jobs in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, Jann realized the need for a clinician owned, service oriented registry and staffing agency. In the initial years of business, Jann worked full time filling temporary staffing needs herself. This allowed her to develop personal relationships and contacts with almost all of the rehabilitation facilities in the tri-county area.
As a result, Therapeutic Resources is consistently the “first call” for most clinics and frequently has advanced knowledge of reputable job openings prior to the general public.
